How it Works
Vineyard Tour & Introduction
The journey begins among the Estate’s Sangiovese vineyards, situated between 200 and 450 meters above sea level on slopes overlooking the Val d’Orcia and the Maremma. Accompanied by an expert, guests will discover the unique characteristics of the different parcels, the influence of soil and exposure, the life cycle of the vine, and the sustainable approach that guides every agronomic choice.
Cellar Visit
The tour continues in the historic cellar, where the Sangiovese takes shape and transforms into Brunello di Montalcino. From the manual harvesting of the grapes to parcel-by-parcel vinification and the lengthy aging in Slavonian oak casks, the visit reveals the labor, time, and meticulous care hidden behind every label.
Guided Tasting
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of the Estate’s wines, designed to lead guests through a sensory exploration of Brunello di Montalcino—delving into its aromas, structure, and evolution over time.
