The Brunello di Montalcino

Tenuta Friggiali’s Brunello di Montalcino represents one of the ultimate expressions of the estate’s identity—a synthesis of winemaking tradition, respect for the land, and rigorous production standards. Crafted exclusively from 100% Sangiovese grapes, it is the result of a meticulous selection of the estate’s finest parcels and a production process dedicated to quality and stylistic consistency.

To the eye, it reveals an intense ruby red color that acquires elegant garnet reflections with age. The aromatic profile is complex and well-defined, characterized by notes of ripe red fruits, cherry, and plum, seamlessly integrated with hints of noble spices, tobacco, and subtle balsamic undertones—a true expression of the wine’s maturity and refined aging.

On the palate, it is distinguished by its structure, balance, and precision. The tannins are ripe and finely integrated, supported by a well-calibrated freshness that provides continuity and depth to the tasting experience. The finish is long and persistent, with a harmonious close that confirms its exceptional aging potential.

Tenuta Friggiali’s Brunello di Montalcino is a flagship wine, conceived to authoritatively express the Montalcino terroir and the values of identity, continuity, and excellence that guide the estate’s philosophy.
