Vinification
Cold pre-fermentation maceration in the press for four hours, followed by gentle pressing. After static settling, alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (14–16°C) to preserve aromatic purity.
Aging
The wine is aged for approximately four months in stainless steel on fine lees, with regular bâtonnage, followed by one month of bottle ageing before being released.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color
Bright salmon pink with delicate orange highlights.
Bouquet
Fresh and expressive, with citrus notes of pink grapefruit, hints of tropical fruit, and elegant floral nuances of dog rose and wildflowers.
Palate
Vibrant acidity lends energy and precision to the sip. The attack is clean and linear, showing excellent balance between crunchy fruit and a distinct savoury mineral vein. The finish is clean, persistent, and subtly citrus-driven.
Pairings
Ideal as an aperitif; pairs beautifully with oysters, sushi, and seafood dishes.

The Friggiali Estate, which extends for approximately 120 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, arable land and woods, is located on the south-west side of Montalcino and dominates with its vineyards sloping down from 450 to 200 meters a wonderful landscape dotted with cypresses, ancient villas and fascinating castles.
