Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed, then transferred to stainless steel tanks for a cold pre-fermentative maceration lasting several days. This process encourages the extraction of delicate floral and fruity notes. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation begins at a controlled temperature.
Aging
The wine rests for 1 year in large French oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
